Sustaining our Ageless Tradition Since 1976
We invite you to stop into the center and see all that we have to offer!
The Paynter Senior Center, a non-profit organization, has been serving the communities of Clayton, Alexandria Bay, Cape Vincent and Orleans since 1976. The Center is located on Strawberry Lane in Clayton and is open Monday through Friday each week, providing a place for lunch and camaraderie. Besides social events at the Center, we provide activities of card making, rock painting, nutritional information, oil painting classes and social events. The center also has a big screen television.
Our activities director plans many trips throughout the year both near and far as well as themed parties with entertainment.
Today we have one of the most modern facilities for senior service in New York State. The Center would like to become a proven and reliable source of educational, informational and fun activities.
It’s never too late to understand that change can be needed to create a new outlook on life. More opportunities await you at the center. Seniors can immerse themselves in new thoughts and new programs. Join us! If anyone has a talent to share please contact the Paynter Senior Center at 315 686-3553. Like us on FACEBOOK.
